The DSM Licensing team is doing important work in the area of intellectual property-based collaboration in a very dynamic, innovation environment. Jacky supported me and the team as we explored ways to both increase performance and enhance teamwork. She invested the extra time and effort needed not just to understand the team as such, but to really know each individual, and how we interact with our different spheres of influence, including each other.
