Together with Jacky we designed the Inspirational Leadership Prgram in the context of a bigger Culture Change initiative. Jacky did a great job in both the creation of the program as in the delivery of it. She proves herself as a true professional trainer in front of groups, but also as a great coach for individuals. Jacky combines warmth and personal connection with reliability and good planning skills. I really recommend her and will work with her again.
